fireplace

it seems like i update bits and pieces at a time, however our fireplace is now complete!

here is the final product:

it is gorgeous and we love it!  our friend did an amazing job and finished it for us in less than one week i believe! i think we may find a large mirror and rest it on the mantle ledge.

any other ideas for us?

projects for this week/weekend include:

- installing new faucet in our kitchen sink

- hanging two framed photos

- cleaning!
